
It may seem contrary but the bustling holiday season is also a time for stillness. Nature demonstrates a quiet beauty that inspires us to calm our anxious thoughts. Give yourself permission to spend some time each day just being still. Just being you. And reflecting on the wonder of all that goes into being here together on Mother Earth. And then enjoy the simplicity of connecting in peaceful, quiet ways. Share a smile (with yourself, too). Make some soup for a neighbor. Check in on a friend. Donate warm socks to a shelter. Most of all, find solace in the knowing that we are always invited to be a part of the sparkling stillness and peace of Winter.
